Restaurant Marketing Manager – Atyab Gulf
• Formulate the contents of marketing (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion).
• Develop marketing strategies for brands, products, markets, and services.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Design and manage marketing information system for supporting marketing decision making.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Coordinate with sales department to achieve the target.
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget.
• Evaluate the plans and strategies on the basis of (ROI).
• Design and manage customer service mechanism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Suppliers concerning with developing products and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by applying customer relationship management strategies.
• Designing and printing of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, etc..
• Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups; or competition analysis, etc..
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Managing and updating the social media accounts for the company (Facebook, twitter, Instagram).
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing
