National Sales Manager
Your Role: You will start and drive Channel Strategy and Territory Management for the entire country to achieve the business plan and developing volume sales for the specified products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the dry food products, streamlining and strengthening the distribution network. Assessing, optimizing a sustainable profitable portfolio you will look at building long term sustainable growth. Managing a direct-distribution sales team including coaching, recruitment and performance monitoring. Managing internal relationships: facilitate cooperative work between the territory management team and the RTM account handlers and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork across all functions. Ensure Trade Investment Budget is utilized, monitor budgets and ensure financial control on expenditure. Your strength should be around sales/ channel development/business development / RTM.
