Position Title:             Admin Coordinator (UAE National)

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 13,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus annual bonus

Job Role:

Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and follow up regularly

Undertake typing of a variety of material such as memorandum, reports, circulars

Submit materials to Director for review and signature

Take and convey messages and answers general queries in a pleasant and efficient manner

Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, communicate with attendees

Prepare minutes of meetings and distribute to all concerned

Provide data and documents in timely manner

Preserve loyalty and confidentiality of the assigned work and ensure that confidential information is not revealed to anyone other than those specified to safeguard interests
